Seiya Ichijou

Ichijou is the young manager of a casino owned by the Teiai Corporation. He controls numa from a remote location, making it impossible for anyone to get the max payout. He plays the main antagonist in the second season of the anime, after Kaiji breaks free of Teiai underground labor camp.
